Also close by, is the Interstate 4 that provides easy access to and from airports and the beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. Tuscan Ridge is situated just off US Highway 27 and a few minutes from Interstate 4 (I-4) on the western side of Kissimmee.
Tuscan Ridge is ideally situated only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport at the gateway to all the major attractions. Walt Disney World is only 12 minutes drive away with the Universal parks a further 10 minutes drive along I-4. Close to Tuscan Ridge along US27 there are a vast array of eating establishments and shops, and for golf lovers a 5 minute drive will take you to the newly completed ChampionsGate development which includes Greg Norman signature courses and The David Leadbetter School of Golf.
Being close to the US192 you'll find dozens of restaurants, shops, attractions, pharmacies, gas stations, supermarkets and entertainment emporiums, including the Splendid China Theme Park and children's ''goofy golf'' courses.
