Our luxury villa is situated on an oversize corner plot in the quiet, peaceful community of Clear Creek, a subdivision of Woodridge. It is 1 mile north of the US192 on US27. As can be seen from comments in the testimonials page on our website, it is perfectly situated for all that Orlando has to offer. All our weekly and monthly prices are inclusive of taxes and villa clean.

We are 3 miles from Disney (as the crow flies), about 10 -15 mins by car (depending on traffic conditions). Just minutes away, at the entrance to the Woodridge community is a small plaza with a Winn Dixie supermarket, bank, pizza place, post office and many smaller shops. A short distance down the US27 is a 24h WalMart plus several popular restaurants.

Long term rental of one month or more is available between January and March. Price range is from $2200 - $2800 inclusive of all taxes and a clean.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
Our villa is single story with approximately 4" rise at the front door. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a very large shower area with 2 seats either side for less able bodied guests.

   FURTHER DESCRIPTION

The optionally heated pool and sundeck faces west and therefore attracts sun from early morning to the fabulous evening Florida sunsets. The pool and lanai is covered by a screen with the lower sections installed with opaque “Florida glass” to enhance your privacy and keep out the unwanted guests (insects etc).

Our villa is within a short distance of many, many golf courses.

Our homely villa is completely air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans, cable TVs and clock/radios in all bedrooms and lounge. In the lounge there is a large Satellite TV, DVD/VCR player and CD/radio player.

The villa has virtually everthing you will need for a fantastic holiday therefore there is very little you need to bring with you. There are hair dryers in all bathrooms plus plenty of pool/beach towels in the utility room.

The villa features the following layout:

Living Area - Large open plan fully carpeted lounge and dining area with 3 seater sofabed and 2 seater love seat. The sofabed opens out to a queen size bed to accommodate the 7th and 8th guest. The formal dining area can accommodate 6 guests. The alarmed sliding patio doors lead out the pool/lanai area.

Kitchen - Spacious fully fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer with all the items mentioned in the amenities listing plus waste disposal unit, electric kettle, ceramic hob and all necessary pots and pans to cater for up to 8 guests. There is also a nook area with table and 4 chairs for casual eating.

Utility Room - Contains large washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board. There is access to the large double garage via this room. On the shelf are 8 pool towels for guests' use saving you space in your suitcase.

Master Bedroom 1: En-suite - Queen size bed with a large walk-in wardrobe with hanging space on either side plus shelves. The bathroom has “his’n’hers” basins and a large shower unit with seats on either side.

Bedroom 2: With half bathroom - Double bed with spacious wardrobe area. There is an adjoining bathroom with basin and toilet and access to the pool from this bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds - Twin beds with spacious wardrobe area. There is an adjacent bathroom with basin, toilet, and bath/shower.

Pool/Lanai - Our villa has a larger than average size pool (30’X 14’) with a large lanai area for enjoying relaxing in the sun (or shade if preferred) or eating “al fresco“ around the pool table. There is plenty of seating with sun loungers and pool chairs for your enjoyment. The pool also has underwater lighting for swimming after dark. The pool screen has opaque lower panels to increase your privacy.

There are FREE unlimited telephone calls within the USA and unlimited FREE internet access vis a WiFi router or directly via ethernet cable (provided).
