Spent 2 weeks in December here on a working vacation. The weather was beautiful! Tough to leave and come back North. Repainted and recarpeted both bedrooms. Replaced some furniture, lighting and fans. New linens and towels and a lot more. Our courtyard has been professionally landscaped and a new table and chairs were added. Interior is professionally cleaned after every guest at our expense. Take a minute to look at the new pictures we've uploaded. More to come. This is not just an investment property for us, it's our vacation spot also and it is maintained with a very personal touch.
