A vacation stay at Beach Bunny 1 is priceless. Just steps to the beach. View the sunset from your outdoor decks or just hop across the street to sit on the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. The bay is on the other side of Beach Bunny 1. Enjoy sitting on the dock viewing the boats, or if you like, bring one of your own. Boat dock is included. Fish from the dock or cook out on the grill. You will find the condo spacious.
We have upgraded the kitchen and baths for our guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an eat-in kitchen with glass doors and a wrap around deck -- enjoy the view of the Gulf with your morning coffee. The 2 master bedrooms are on the second floor of the town home. One has a Gulf view, the other has a view of the Bay. Glass doors and wrap around corner decks give these master suites a vacation atmosphere. The decks are just perfect for reading, sun tanning, watching the sunset, or enjoying a romantic evening under the stars.
