Welcome to Sea Dunes town home located on beautiful New Smyrna Beach on the non driving section! We would love to share our place with you. Our beautifully landscaped, scenic town home is painted with sun, sand, and surf awaits your visit. Come relax! We welcome you to our Sea Dunes family, most of our visitors make plans to come back year after year!
Our town home is a unique place because of our building structure: cedar-constructed home is two stories with private and personal surroundings, a large balcony for eating and entertaining, also a BBQ grill and a pleasant view over looking the pool.
Not only are we tucked away between the dunes, but we also have private access to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. We are close to shopping and local festivals, car shows, and live downtown entertainment. Also, within minutes are a variety of great restaurants, and the historic beach charm of New Smyrna cradled by many family owned businesses of various treasures.

We are located in the 'Sailfish' section of Sea Dunes. There is private, outdoor parking, along with the convenience of guest parking for friends and family. Our rental unit is year round.
