Located in the Gardens at Beachwalk, this pleasant unit is a wonderful choice for your Fort Myers vacation. It has been furnished and equipped for its owners' enjoyment and with their guests in mind.
When not enjoying your balcony, with its view of the lake (pictured) and Mediterranean style clubhouse, the comfortable living room is set up for enjoying conversation with friends, viewing TV, listening to the radio/CD/cassette player or curling up on the couch to read a book. The completely equipped kitchen, including juicer for squeezing fresh Florida citrus, has a breakfast bar and is adjacent to the dining area -- both have easy care tile floors. You'll appreciate the plastic plates and glasses when you wish to eat on the balcony or to take some of that fresh squeezed juice to the pool! The master bedroom has a king sized bed, adjacent full bath and TV with VCR player. The twin bedded guest room also has its own bath. Both bedrooms have walk in closets and are carpeted.

Stay in one of Fort Myers nicest neighborhoods and a snowbird favorite. Comfortable, immaculate 2 BR, 2BA unit has views of lake and clubhouse. Excellent amenities. Jan, Feb, Mar '09 $2,400/mo, discount for booking made by April 30.

There is a full washer and dryer in the utility room which can also be used for storing golf clubs or fishing gear.The Gardens at Beachwalk is a secure, gated community and features one of the nicest pools in Fort Myers. You can choose to sit in the sun by the pool or in the shade under the canopy and there are also a hot tub/spa and a vending machine filled with an assortment of cool drinks. Just below the pool is a sandy, lakefront beach. The fitness center, billiards room, library and lounge complete the clubhouse amenities.
The location of the Gardens at Beachwalk puts you within a short drive or trolley ride of Fort Myers Beach and there is excellent shopping, fine dining and a wonderful library nearby.
