The master bedroom opens onto a screened pool/lanai and has a huge master bath and jacuzzi. Another of the 3 bedrooms has private access to the pool. Watch sports and movies in comfort on the two large HD TVs with satellite access. Entertain family and friends in the large gourmet kitchen and formal round dining room. The lanai connects to a private dock.
The Villa provides everything you need to live in luxury while you explore the Ft. Myers, Sanibel, Naples, Port Charlotte, and Boca Grande Area.

While you are not relaxing or playing in the villa, you might be enjoying some of the nearby attractions. A wonderful public golf course is only 5 minutes away. And in the warmer months, the local water park is a big draw for the kids. The roads are safe and lightly trafficked, so walking, biking and jogging are safe and fun.
The deep saltwater dock on the back of the villa is on a 200 ft. wide canal, only a half-mile from the main feeder canal. You could dock your own boat (up to 40 foot) or rent a boat from a local marina. Kayaks and canoes are a great way to explore the canals and the protected mangroves bordering the feeder canal.
