Our vacation home is named The Mouse House, where we pay special homage to Walt Disney's Mouse with Disney-themed decor in the game room and kids room. This 4 bedroom 3 bath villa is located in the spectacular Aviana Resort, right on the lake, and only 10 miles from Disney World.
We take pleasure in pampering your family with the most comfortable furniture and fun, cool, amenities we could find. We have provided your family with conveniences and amenities so that you can actually look forward to a fun and relaxing day away from the parks.

Our home is children friendly. We provide a highchair, porta bed, baby monitor, and a toddler rail. There is also a stroller for your use at the house as well as in the parks.
We have thought of everything to make your Disney vacation truly magical and Disney in every respect, and yet with class. We want the small ones to feel Disney in their vacation home too and not just in the parks. We have an awesome game room done in a Disney theme with a pool table, air hockey, and games / toys for the little ones. We have an extra large sun deck around our pool so that you can soak up the Florida rays or moonlight after an exhausting day in the parks. So come home to The Mouse Club and enjoy our hospitality.
We also offer FREE use of a gas BBQ grill and an one of the twin rooms can be converted to an optional 2nd king room.
