The cottage is peacefully situated in a neighborhood known for its quaint, tree lined streets, yet just a few minutes walk or bike ride to the Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Bayfront Park, and all the amenities of downtown Sarasota. The beach on Siesta Key, rated top ten in the country by Travel Channel, is a short car ride away. Other readily accessible cultural amenities include the Ringling Museum and the Sarasota Opera.
