Our west-side condominium has breathtaking views of the sparkling emerald green Gulf waters and glorious Florida sunsets.
It is 1,155 square feet with a spacious balcony suitable for outdoor dining. The condominium has been recently redecorated throughout with new paint, and furniture. It looks fabulous. The kitchen is remodeled and has updated appliances. It rents as a two bedroom unit. There are two baths, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, washer and dryer, large balcony, unique floor plan with views from every room.
The unit has 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors to the balcony in every room. Quality balcony furniture, table and chairs for out-door dining for relaxing and enjoying the view. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for unobstructed viewing of the Gulf.
There is a large, luxurious master suite with king bed and second master with two double beds.
