Panama City Beach Info
One bedroom condo on 2nd floor, short 5-7 min wak to sugar white sands of Gulf of Mexico. Fully furnished condo will sleep 4-5.
Resort has ten pools, some heated, tennis courts, shuffleboard, putt-putt golf, exercise room and wi-fi internet at conference center. Resort also has a beach house directly on the beach with its own pool and restrooms. Snack bar at the beach house has great food at reasonable prices.
Available for rent at the beach are cabanas, umbrellas, ski-doos and sail boats. Our rates are great with May, Sept., and Oct. weeks only $575 plus tax. June, July, and August weeks are only $650 plus tax. No cleaning fee and no pets. Deposit of $200 is reservation deposit until rent is paid then converts to a damage deposit. This deposit is returned after unit is cleaned and inventoried by our housekeeping staff.
