Ashe Splash is a beautiful, all Dade County-pine, two-story house on Ashe Street, a quiet street in Key West's historic Old Town, near Truman Avenue. Within a three minute walk, you will find a specialty grocery, wine/liquor shop, renowned deli/caterer, Sandy's famous Cuban sandwich and coffee cafe and many other amenities. Key West life at its finest!

The first floor of the house consists of a breezy front porch, the kitchen and a large living room that opens onto a bricked pool area. There is one bath and a bedroom that converts to a TV/den by storing the queen-size murphy bed behind louvered doors. The second floor has two large bedrooms with baths en suite. Each bedroom has a porch, shaded by palms, overlooking Ashe Street or the pool. The lighted, heated pool is surrounded by garden lights, inviting you to take an evening swim.
Tropical colors and accessories add to the authentic Key West experience. Ashe Splash will be featured in the December, 2008 issue of Cottage Living magazine.
