overs Key to the south.We are across the street from the beach, yet have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico with a lovely park between the balcony and the Gulf. A cross walk is located on the corner and allows for safe and easy access to the beach.
Villa sul Mare has nearly 2000 sq. ft. with bright and warm furnishings. Everything is new! We have three bedrooms, a master bedroom with queen bed, private bath and huge walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third has two twin bed and access to second full bath. Our huge gourmet kitchen features elegant stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all new cookware. There is a laundry room, huge closets and numerous other fine details. Also, our unit can be rented as a two bedroom for less. Please contact us for details.
Relax on our large front porch for great sunset viewing or read on the lanai back porch, The resort has a small swimming pool, outdoor gas grills and individual parking spaces in a covered garage. Each guest has the use of a private storage closet in the garage to store beach and pool items. We provide you with beach towels and beach chairs to use.
A Publix grocery is located only one block away, which during the high season, or any season, is very very convenient! The island trolley stops directly in front for rides to Times Square, the town center or south to Lovers Key. Trolley rides are 25 cents per ride. Our stay has been most enjoyable. We definitely could get used to such nice accommodations. The pool is very refreshing and the beach is wonderful. The sunsets were remarkable... same time every night.

This has a been a memorable week. We loved the walks along the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Its the first time my mome, three sisters and I have ALL gon on vacation together in years! This I hope will be a beginning to a new tradition for us!
