Our three bedroom, two bath, tiled-roof home is situated in the heart of Rotonda West. The cathedral ceiling living room and dining room overlooks a backyard of mature fruit-bearing trees, shade trees, and an 18-hole golf course beyond.
The kitchen is open, bright and cheery and well equipped with lots of storage and counter space. Enjoy your early morning coffee on the screened lanai and watch the many birds - blue herons, white cranes, cardinals - that frequent our back yard.
The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has its own bath with an oversized shower. All the rooms are carpeted and tastefully decorated. There are double beds in the other two bedrooms.
There is a one car garage and separate laundry room.
The location is convenient to stores, beaches and main highways.
