Our BRIARWOOD< NAPLES home WITH SOUTH FACING POOL is beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest standards. The furnishings have been skillfully chosen by our interior design consultants. Within the living areas are a comfortable, spacious living room, separate dining area to accommodate 8 people, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and a utility room. Additionally there are 1 king and 1 queen Master bedrooms suites both with en suite facilities and 2 further twin-bedded rooms with a shared bathroom between.
The screened, SOLAR HEATED POOL is situated at the rear of the property, overlooking a picturesque natural lake. The pool is SOUTH FACING for all day ''sun worshippers'' and there is a screened-in lanai area for cooling off and outdoor dining. Please note that day time electric pool heating, if required, is an optional extra. We are certain that our guests will appreciate the enormous care that has been taken to ensure everything is just right.

Our home is located in the quiet, much sought after, GATED, mainly residential BRIARWOOD community only 3 miles from downtown ''Olde Naples''. This gated community (barrier controlled entrance at night) also provides a community pool area, 2 tennis courts and a children's play area.
If you are not familiar with Naples, it is located in the ''bottom left hand corner'' of Florida and is know locally as ''Florida's Best Kept Secret.'' It is located along 11 miles of sandy beach considered among Florida's finest. It is also close to one of America's finest living attractions - Everglades National Park.
Local attractions are as numerous as they are varied. It should be emphasized that golf, tennis and water sports are the major local attractions and are available in abundance. World class shopping is found and dining out options are too numerous and varied to mention here. Suffice it to say that the range is from exclusive gourmet to value for money family restaurants and there are literally hundreds from which to choose.

Hi Graham,
I hope this note finds both you and your family in good health. My wife Jacquie and our friends Harry & Sandra
have just returned from our holiday in the USA which was very successful. In all we were there for three and a half weeks
but the highlight of our trip was our stay in your villa in Briarwood, Naples.
We stayed in the villa for 10 nights and I have to say that it was everything you promised us and more.
The location of the villa is superb, tranquil but close enough to Naples to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and nightlife.
As for the villa itself , we could not have asked for more.
It's a beautiful home with lots of lovely features and the view onto the lake from the private swimming pool is breathtaking.
( I spent many an evening sipping my scotch & water, as you suggested, and observing the wonderful animal life !!! )
The accommodation is first class and affords a level of privacy for all guests which is exceptional.
Please accept our thanks for the use of your villa and should I return to Florida in the future it will be my first stop.
