Second bedroom queen size bed and the third bedroom - two twins and full size futton. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Central air and heat. Only steps to the beach. Two freshwater pools with one viewed from the private balcony. Linens and towels are provided. Telephone ( local calls free ) and 2 cable TVs/ VCRs and CD /DVD player. Spacious, tastefully decorated,furnished and equipped for confort and includes all the amenities you expect. . We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals (nightly rentals are limited to off-peak periods). Our fall/winter weekly rates start from $1050.summer (May-August) weekly rate start from $1150. We do provide multiple night/multiple week discounts (off summer only). Please note that until reservations are confirmed all rates are subject to change.
There is a $95 housekeeping fee and a $250 security deposit which also serves to hold the reservation. We accept certified checks, money orders . We will accept personal checks in excess of 45 days of your planned stay. Visa/MC/Discover/AX accepted ,A convenience fee will apply. |
