Villa ''Yellow Bird'' is located in Cape Coral, a city located on the beautiful Caloosahatchee River in Southwest Florida. It is considered one of the safest towns in Florida, situated among 400 miles of salt and fresh water canals with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is close to the Gulf beaches, Fort Meyers, Sanibel and
Captiva Island. The home is located on a saltwater canal just a few minutes from the river and has its own boat dock.
The Villa has over 2000 sqft of living space and is decorated in the Florida style. It has French doors overlooking the lanai pool/spa and canal. The pool and spa are electrically heated. The patio is south facing, a great place for the sun worshiper. It has a split floor plan with the master suite and bath on one side and the other 2 bedrooms and bath on the opposite side of the house. The family room has a cable ready TV, VCR/DVD and a wetbar for your entertainment.
