One of the many features that make this condo unit special is the wonderful pool located right on the sands of Fort Myers Beach. Another wonderful feature of this condo is that the complex is a small complex of only sixteen units, only three of which face the beach.
The SeaCrest Condo at Kona Beach Club is nearly fifteen hundred square feet, which is almost twice the square footage of other two bedroom units on the beach. This condo truly feels more like a beach cottage.

Tiki themed guest bedroom features two cottage style twin size beds, an armoire with a twenty seven inch TV, and an oversized custom ''California'' closet. There is a full guest bath in hall for this bedroom. Additional roll out bed is provided.
Watch the sunsets over Sanibel from your private living area. Living area frames the gorgeous full views of the Gulf of Mexico through the triple stacking floor to ceiling glass doors. The living area features a fifty four inch big screen television, two upscale recliners, a queen size sleeper sofa, and accent chairs. This condo has a total of four televisions.
The separate dining area seats up to ten, the eating bar seats five.
There is high speed DSL service by Comcast provided with no additional charge. So bring the laptop!
The pool is beautiful beach front location and the condo provides a BBQ grill located on beach. A very rare find indeed! There is an outdoor shower at the beach. For your comfort we have provided beach chairs, and all linens provided including your beach towels.
For your enjoyment we have also provided Game Cube and many card and board games for family fun.
