It affords superb views of the Gulf along with balmy breezes while you enjoy the lanai. The floor plan provides for open living room(with brand new flat panel television)/dining area with Gulf views and sliders to the lanai, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, king master bedroom with private bath and sliders to the lanai, plus two guest bedrooms and guest baths.

Our unit is available for long term rentals during the months of December, January and February. The rate is $2000 + tax + clean fee + $300 deposit. There is a two month minimum for all winter rentals.
