North End location is near the popular Pink Shell Resort and within walking distance to Times Square and all the shops, casual dining, and entertainment of the pier area. Large deck with grill and outdoor eating, as well as protected parking under the home.

Private residence offers a retreat from the crowded condo complexes. Large manicured lot with abundance of palm trees in the best location. Directly across the street from the beach with a partial view of the beach and bay you will be right where you want to be!

Key West style furnishings.

Two spacious bedrooms offer luxurious brand new king sized beds in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom features brand new twin size beds. The master bedroom has its own television, alarm clock and ceiling fan. Additional guests may sleep on the sleeper sofas, one in each unit. Rental of entire duplex will sleep twelve guests.

One large bathroom in each unit. Blow dryers and all linens are provided for your convenience. This duplex has central air conditioning to keep you cool after a long day at the beach.

Location is key on Ft. Myers Beach and this duplex is ideally located on the North End near Times Square and all of the amenities the area has to offer. Avoid traffic congestion by booking accommodations North of ''the bridge'' and North of Times Square. To get on and off the island, simply scoot under the bridge and wind around to merge over the bridge.

Community pool available along the beach and water park is located mid island.

Owner also owns beachfront condo unit immediately across the street from this duplex and can coordinate accommodations for parties larger than twelve or parties traveling together.

Seasonal guests will receive a discount on the monthly rental rate.
