Our two story townhouse is just a few steps from the wide, white sand beach, warm gulf waters and the heated pool. This spacious retreat has a loft, sleeps 6 and is decorated in a tropical motif. There is ceramic tile throughout and carpeting in the bedrooms. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit.
The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water/ice maker on the outside, smooth top stove and overhead microwave. There are 3 TVs, DVD, VCR, 3 phones with answering machine, internet
Enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets from your own private balcony. The balcony has a southwestern exposure which gives you full sun in winter and shade during the hot summer months.
The townhouse has its own private entrance with two covered parking spaces. No need to go through the lobby or take an elevator.

The unit also has a private outside storage unit which has beach chairs for your convenience. Also provided are beach towels, a pack and play playpen and high chair for families traveling with infants.
Gulfside Villas is a small complex consisting of only 20 units. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation.
Indian Rocks Beach is conveniently located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, FL. It is a short commute from Tampa International Airport, the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. Just 90 minutes away enjoy day trips to the Orlando area, where the Magic of Disney awaits you. Historic areas such as Tampa's Ybor City and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are nearby. There are several marinas nearby which offer deep sea fishing charters, dolphin sightseeing boat rides, pirate theme cruises for children, dinner and casino cruises. The area offers several shopping malls, wonderful restaurants, movie theaters, miniature golf, tennis courts along with many golf courses and medical facilties nearby. Enjoy day trips south to Sarasota or visit the Thomas Edison Home in Fort Myers.

Recently stayed at this townhome oven Thanksgiving. This is a great place if you value the ability to walk out the door and be right on the beach. The townhome has everything you need to make your home away from home. The unit has large bedrooms, internet ,a fully equipped kitchen, cable t.v. and a deck with great views of the beach. It is located in a wonderful location, easy access to grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants and even Starbucks! Go an enjoy this charming townhouse in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.

The condo was absolutely amazing! It was extremely clean and beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. My girls loved the loft bed! It was very nice to have all the towels and beach toys/chairs to use. Perfect location too! It was nice not having to go up an elevator, and to not have that hotel feel. It truly felt like home. I look forward to visiting again next summer!!!

"Vicki, My family had a fantastic time staying in your condo! It was beautifully decorated and well maintained. We loved it! The loft beds were perfect for my 2 grandaughters. Secondly, the use of the beach chairs, crab nets, and other extras was very nice. In fact, we left our sand toys behind for others to enjoy. We really liked having our morning coffee on the balcony and our end of the day drinks there as well. To be able to take a short walk to such a beautiful beach was truly relaxing. On top of that I got my parents who live in the area to come and play with us on the beach every afternoon, which is something they don't get to do on a regular basis. So it was quite a treat. Recently stayed in this rental for two weeks. We were Very satisfied with the property. Everything we needed (pots, pans, towels, sheets, beach chairs, etc, was already there which made our stay so much easier. The property was accurately described and was very cleaned and well maintained. We loved everything about the rental. Lots of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. We appreciated the water spout located near the well stocked beach closet outside the front door. It was nice to wash off sand before coming in for the day.
