There are BBQ pits, vollyball nets, and small boats for rent.The South Seas Club is a gated community of 55 acres. It has walking paths, tennis courts,boatdock,and fitness center. Clean,large,well-kept laundry facilities are on each floor. You may walk past the pool,over a short bridge directly to the beach. Your condo is next to the 32 acre Tiger Tail Beach Park with barbacue facilities. Many attractions are nearby,such as golf, bicyclng,parasailing,jet skis,snorkling,wonderful restaurants and entertainment.We have been the owners of this unit since it was built.We try to keep the costs down while maintaining the unit in very good condition.We live in Ocala, Florida and enjoy our condo as well as helping our guests to enjoy it also.We have many return guests and are happy to provide references of the condo.
