Naples Green was built in 1990. The condo was renovated in 1997, fresh paint and new carpet in living room and master bedroom in July 2005. Decorated Florida style, the unit provides all necessary amenities, including three televisions with cable and high-speed internet. 10-15 minutes away discover the pristine white sands of the Gulf in addition to the fashionable shops and delightful restaurants, cafes, and bistros of Naples' 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. The Publix Supermarket Shopping Center is located across the complex on Highway 41. Marco Island, the Coastland Mall, the Caribbean Gardens, and Highway 75 are all minutes away. We stayed in this clean airy condo for 2 winter seasons before purchasing our own condo. It looks exactly like the pictures and contains everything you need except food and your personal belongings. The washer and dryer in the unit are a big plus.
Be prepared for a quiet comfortable stay. Sitting with your book, newspaper and coffee on the screened lanai allows you to view the golf course, listen to the birds and even see large water birds wading in the canal.
The condo is in a secure area and in a nice neighborhood with bike trails where easy walking is a definite asset.
The owners are wonderful people and always did everything possible to make our stays a good experience. We would recommend this nice top floor end unit to anyone who wants to have a home base in gorgeous Naples. It is also only about a 20 minute drive to Marco Island, handy to grocery stores and close to many fun places.
