This villa has it all! Come and relax in this beautifully decorated and spacious villa with its private heated pool and spa inside an extended lanai. A perfect day at our place: breakfast poolside, morning golf or beach, afternoon in the pool, evening BBQ by the pool, hot tub under the stars! A gas grill and fully equipped kitchen make meals easy to prepare. There is a garage for your car, too.
For those who transfer membership, you can use the community or club pool if you choose, pay to play golf on a newly rebuilt 18 hole course, and use the exercise room or tennis courts. All house guests are welcome to have lunch or dinner at the club (using a Master Card or Visa) and to use the bike/walking trails.
You can also enjoy downtown historic Naples and Naples Beach, restaurants, or shopping just 15 minutes away. It is often possible to see dolphins at the Naples Beach at dusk. We're also close to well known Marco Island and its resort beaches. There are several restaurants and ...

There are 2 bikes in our garage and several miles of bike trails in the community for your use. We frequently spot deer and woodpeckers, and occasionally see alligators (on the golf course), armadillos, and birds of prey.
This villa has a lot of privacy as it looks out on the preserve. It is located near the back gate of the club for easy access and on a quiet street. Come and make this villa your home for your next holiday!
