The serene water and conservation views from all rooms of this condo are amazing. It's hard to believe that so many amenities are so close! Shopping and restaurants (Mercato for instance) are just a few short minutes drive. Walk out the front door, take a right, and in a 5 minute walk you're on the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Watch the sun set from the over-sized lanai and maybe see a dolphin or manatee in the peaceful lagoon to the west.
This condo was meticulously renovated from top to bottom in 2010. Granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, new tile bathrooms, wood flooring, pedestal sinks, and all new furniture adorn this comfortable unit. Several walls were removed in the kitchen area to provide a wide open roomy feel with water views in every direction.

There a 2 flat screen HD TV's. One in the living area, and one in the master bedroom.My wife and I have been visiting Naples for the last 25 years. It's our favorite place in Florida.
It's quick and convenient to the airport (Fort Meyers). We've made in as little as 20 minutes! The location is convenient to everything we need and everything we enjoy doing.
The fact that the property abuts Delnor Wiggins State Park is a real plus. The unobstructed water and conservation views from every room in the condo have to be some of the best in Naples.
