My wife and I are owners of unit #143 at Loggerhead Cay Condominium, 979 E. Gulf Drive, Sanibel Island. Our unit is right on the beach with a fantastic view out over the Gulf of Mexico.
Our condo is attractively furnished and comprises two bedrooms, two baths, living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened porch. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cable TV, and VCR. With a king-sized bed, two single beds, and a queen-sized sleep sofa, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of six people. Full air conditioning and ceiling fans provide all year comfort. Pets are not allowed.

Sanibel, a sub-tropical island, is easily reached by car from either Ft. Myers or Tampa airports. It's beaches stretch for over 15 miles and have hundreds of varieties of exotic shells. The island also has 20 miles of paved bicycle paths, a 5000-acre wildlife preserve, golf courses, fishing and boating, interesting shops, theater, and restaurants abound. At the condominium there is free use of the tennis courts, shuffle-board and in addition to the Gulf, a 60-ft. heated pool.
