This is an adult community; one person must be 55 or older, address 7701 Starkey Road, Seminole Fl. Condominium rules do not allow pets and units are nonsmoking. Unit has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, mixer and more. The grounds have 24-hour electronic security, assigned parking, 2 outdoor heated pools, car wash area, 3 Laundromats with each housing 6 washers and dryers, tennis court and an active clubhouse.
Bedroom has queen bed all linens with TV w/remote control. The bathroom is full-size with tub and shower with 6 towels, washcloths and 4 hand towels. There is a TV w/remote control and DVD in the living room and the sliding glass doors open onto the carpeted and screen enclosed balcony with table and chairs.

Within walking distance of the complex find grocery store, pharmacy, dry cleaner, restaurants, liquor store, bargain stores and easy access to public transportations just outside the complex entrance.
Seminole Park is within 1.2 miles with a 2 mile multiuse trail for walking and jogging. The local mall is 2.2 miles, with the famous John’s Pass and the Gulf Beach within a 10-minute drive. Tampa International Airport is 19 miles, with St. Petersburg Airport 9.6 miles. Tampa is home to Busch Gardens with only a 45-minute to one hour drive. Orlando home to Disney World is about 1 ½ to 2 hours drive, depending on the traffic.
Tampa Bay has the arts and culture and recently awarded the distinction top arts destination by American Style Magazine; the Tampa Bay area is fast becoming the culture core of Florida Gulf Coast.
For sports enthusiast, take advantage of the rich outdoors; visit Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium, Leagues Field or Ice Palace.
