Our house is located on a nice, quiet neighborhood less than 5 miles from beautiful Venice beaches. It is part of the Jacaranda Homeowners Association which consists of both a women’s and men’s club that meets at the Jacaranda West Country Club and offers activities throughout the year. This home features Brazilian Tile. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, house with approximately 1,800 sq. ft. It also offers a screened in, in-ground pool which is professionally maintained on a weekly basis and lanai area with pass thru from the kitchen. The lawn is also professionally maintained regularly and has beautiful fruit trees throughout. It is just minutes away from the beautiful historic Venice downtown area.
The master bedroom is huge with separated sitting area and stepdown to the bedroom and has 1 queen bed. Our second bedroom features 2 twin beds. All furniture is new in this home. The family room has a day bed with a trundle which will sleep an additionally two people.

There is a soaking tub in the master bath for those of you who enjoy relaxing after a long day. There is a very spacious living room, garage, dining room as well as separate eat-in area next to the kitchen. All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, microwave and there is central air conditioning, CD player, games, and DVD player. There is also a DVD/TV in both the family room and the master bedroom with cable hooked up as well as high speed internet. There is a separate laundry room equipped with both a washer and a dryer.
