For a commitment of 3 or more listings for six to twelve months, we grant a discount
of about 6% to the third and higher listings. Listings run for a fixed period of
time and all expire on the same date. Full payment is due in advance. During the
fixed-plan period, listings may be added or rotated (swap one out and put another
in) for nominal fees. The plan period may be extended on a per property, per month
basis.

This addresses our policy for Homeowners, Realtors, Rental Agents, and Property
Management Companies who wish to advertise multiple listings on WeNeedaVacation.com.
We offer two payment options: a fixed-period plan
and a pay-as-you-go plan.
The fixed period plan is the most cost-effective. Microsoft Excel

- Requires a group of listings to begin and end on the same day.
- Use from 6 to 12 month period (e.g., you can choose an 8-month plan, provided that
all of your listings begin and end at the same time.)
- Each listing comes with 8 pictures, 5,000 characters for description and an
availability calendar (optional). Additional pictures are $.83 per picture per month.
- Ability to add properties along the way for a $20 admin fee and pro-rated monthly
fee. ($20 per full/partial month)
- Ability to rotate properties for a fee: You may deactivate one property and input
a new one. ($30 per)
- Link to your business website from each of your property listing pages if that website
has 20 or fewer total listings. The link is free if you list at least half of them
on our website. Otherwise, the linking fee is the same as cost of listing itself,
so it doubles your cost.
- Pricing: first 2 listings are $162 each for six months plus $13 per month thereafter.
Listings 3 and up are $152 apiece for first six months and $12 per month thereafter.
The pay-as-you-go plan is the most flexible, and the same as the
homeowner plan for individual listings:
- Use 3, 6, 12 or 24 month plans at the currently posted plan cost for homeowners.

has 20 or fewer total listings. The linking fee is the same as cost of listing itself,
so it doubles your cost.
- Has maximum flexibility to list each property for as long as needed.
- No discounts or rotation.
Terms
All listings are to be input by the client. Photos, per WeNeedaVacation.com specifications,
are to be uploaded via "Picture Central". WeNeedaVacation.com can input
the listing information from a completed Signup Form and Property Information Form
for an additional fee per listing.
The contact name will include the business name of the Owner, Realtor, Rental Agency,
or Property Management Company. It may also include a person's name, as in "Jane
at ABC Realty," if you are making an individual effort to promote your listed rental
properties and target the inquiries to you rather than the company. Vacationers
deserve to know with whom they are dealing.
All information contained in the listing must focus on the description, unit occupancy
and pricing configuration of the individual unit listed. For example,
one two-bedroom unit may represent other two-bedroom units as long as the description
and pricing are identical. Listings for a grouping of cottages or reference to adjacent
homes/condominiums will be allowed for the purpose of accommodating a single, large
party. Listings may reference other listings that the Homeowner, Realtor, Rental
Agency, or Property Management Company has placed on WeNeedaVacation.com. The listing
can include links to the website of the Homeowner, Realtor, Rental Agency, or Property
Management Company for an additional fee.
