Jean and Bernd hired us to photograph their home and consult with
them about their property listing and rental price. Their goals were to 1) showcase
their artistic and unique home in a way that invited a special group of vacationers
who would appreciate their older, charming, personalized home and 2) improve their
property listing in order to book more weeks this summer and prepare to raise their
rental price for next season.
In the two months following their appointment, Jean and Bernd received 10 email
inquiries and attribute two of their bookings to their improved listing.
At this point, they are planning to raise their price by at least $300 per week
(15%).

John and Caroline hired us to photograph their waterfront home
in Chilmark on Martha's Vineyard. This custom built home deserved great pictures
to show off its amazing location as well as unique and lovely interior with cedar
walls, vaulted ceilings and many windows. Their main goal was to improve their pictures
in order to increase the number of inquiries and bookings.
John and Caroline noticed an increase in activity and interest on WeNeedaVacation.com
after their new pictures were posted. Their new pictures were posted in June when
they had already booked most of the summer 2007 season. They did get a booking for
September, however, and attribute this rental to their improved pictures.

Kara hired us in June 2007 for the photography and consultation
service for her Oak Bluffs home. Her goal was to 1) present her home in a better,
more attractive way to emphasize recent upgrades and special qualities such as the
third floor master suite and 2) after 8 years of renting her Oak Bluffs property,
she wanted to freshen her approach and property listing to compete well with the
many new properties available on Martha's Vineyard.
With improved pictures and the addition of high speed internet, we encouraged Kara
to raise her price for the 2008 season.

George hired us to photograph his Chatham home. He does not own
a digital camera and after several dedicated attempts at scanning printed pictures,
we urged him to use digital photography to enhance his pictures and showcase him
home in a stronger, more focused and brighter way. His goals were to 1) improve
his pictures and 2) increase his rental business.
George was happy with his new pictures and credited them for a burst of activity
for his listing through email inquiries. He rented an extra week in the summer of
2007.
