Are you dreaming of summer vacation? Using the easy, 4-step WeNeedaVacation.com Power Search feature, you can customize the search for your vacation home to meet your specific needs, saving you lots of time and effort.

Step 2: What?
Select the number of bedrooms (e.g., 3 to 4), the number of people in your party, your maximum price to pay, and home or condo. You do not need to fill in all the fields on this page, but at least one.
Step 3: When?
Select the season and length of stay in terms of days, weeks, or months. You can select a specific day of the week to begin your vacation. (Saturday is the most common.) In the summer high-season, most rentals book on a weekly basis. You can choose up to four individual weeks in your search.
Step 4: Amenities?
Now the real fun begins. There are 22 amenities to choose from - and you can choose all 22, or none! Remember that the more amenities you select, the fewer results you will get.
Search Results
You can view the search results in two ways: as a list or on a map. The list presents the results according to price, from most expensive to least. You can change the order of presentation to least expensive to most or according to when the calendar was last updated by using the pull-down menu that reads "Price: high to low."
Map of Properties
If you view the results on the map, by clicking on the map, you will see the location of the homes relative to beaches and other points of interest.
Change your mind about amenities or your price cap? You can alter any of the search criteria by clicking on one of these 4 search page buttons:
Where, What, When, or Amenities. Then, click the “Rerun search” button if you are all done making changes, or “Next” if you want to make further changes.
By clicking on the “SAVE SEARCH” button, you can save your search criteria as a specific "vacation." You will establish an account with a username and password, enabling you to return to MyVacations at a later date. All of your information and Favorites will be saved for you At that point, you have the options to select "favorites" from among the search results, record notes, rate them, and share your vacation with friends and family, who in turn can rate them and record notes as well. Sounds fun, right?
Inquiries: You can either call or email the owners of the rentals that interest you. When you email an owner, you will establish an account with a username and password,
enabling you to return to MyVacations at a later date. All of your information and Favorites will be saved for you.

This information will be included in ALL email inquiries that you send related to your Vacation. You will also be able to include questions specific to each listing before sending your inquiries.
