Video Offerings
WeNeedaVacation.com is the first website in the vacation rental industry
to host videos. You can upload your videos
through Video Central, a link in your Homeowner Center. You can also utilize our fee-based consulting service to develop and produce
the videos. Video can be a valuable enhancement to your listing, no matter the length
of your subscription.
All 3-month, 6-month, 1-year and 2-year subscriptions include free hosting of a
60-second video. Additional time is charged at a rate of $1 per second.
Need help in putting together a video for your listing? For as little as $50, we
can produce a video montage from digital pictures you send us. We will add visual

We also provide on-site visits to photograph and/or video your property. The cost
for this service is based on the size of your home and travel distance from Brewster.

Please note that the hosting fee is separate from the videographer production fee.
The hosting fee applies to all videos, whether you submit them or we produce them
for you. Hosting fees are determined by length of subscription plan and length of
video. The videographer production fee applies if you contract our staff to produce
your video and is determined on an individual basis.
