Thank you again. We so enjoyed your beautiful home. Everything was perfect. Peace, love, and health to you.

Kathy and John,
Ooh, we've been so happy here. You've done such an amazing job of making this place heaven, both in terms of aesthetics and comfort. The spaciousness and views from every window are addictive!
We spent most of our in-house hours on the screened porch, a perfect delight. The best place ever to do morning yoga and watch a lightning storm, bunnies, and birds.
We were able to catch some Striped Bass and grilled it on the Weber - the Farmers' Market and local produce fed us the rest of the time.
This was just the best recipe for us to feel at home, relaxed, and peaceful. Thank you for all the energy you've put into this cottage paradise. We'd love to come back!
Jackie T from Pennsylvania, who vacationed in August 2011.
Dear Kathy and John,
Thank you so much for letting us inhabit your lovely vacation cottage. We had an incredible time getting to know Aquinnah - our new favorite town on the Vineyard!
From the waves at Philbin to the sandbars at Lobsterville to the calm creature-filled waters of Menemsha Pond, we spent the majority of our days exploring the peaceful, unspoiled landscape. We even kayaked to remote Stonewall Beach which was well worth the trip.
Spotted all the usual suspects at the bird feeders, plus a pair of flickers, and observed a lot of action at the Osprey nest on Lobsterville Road.
Evenings we spent reading, playing games, or watching movies on the screened porch where we also feasted on lobster, oysters, fresh produce from the farms, and pizza from the Chilmark Store.
The house suited our needs (and aesthetics) perfectly. The cross-ventilation kept the whole house cool. The kitchen is amazingly outfitted. Overall a splendid vacation.

Kathy and John,
Thanks very much for the opportunity to enjoy your little piece of heaven. We had a fantastic vacation and are in love with Aquinnah. The kayaks are a big bonus and we explored all of Menemsha, Quitsa, and Stonewall Ponds, as well as Stonewall Beach which is incredible.
We had great dinners out at Outermost and State Road but took advantage of the local seafood and fresh veggies on the other nights. Why go out and leave this spot?
The house is great and very well stocked with every comfort. The aesthetic and design made us feel at home.
The screened in room is an absolute joy and where we spent most of our time. The bird watching is great. The birds and rabbits definitely have lots of personality. We truly look forward to a return visit.
Jim and Dennis S from Massachusetts, who vacationed in July 2011.
Hi Kathy and John,
Thank you so much for opening up your island home in this fantastic location to us. We have always known that we seem to enjoy the up-island locations the most; but now we are hooked on Aquinnah and there is no turning back. We loved our late morning breakfast on the new porch, after early morning fishing. The kitchen was perfect for us. Having the kayaks available is great. See you next time.
