A masterful combination of up-island elegance, fine craftsmanship, and expert design sets this house apart. The soothing sound of a waterfall greets you as you approach the Koi-filled pond and the house. Take in the scents of the beautifully designed gardens. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the fantastic outdoor shower with amazing ocean views and take a dip in the brand new swimming pool. The pool house is equipped with a kitchen, living area, lounge and bathroom. Lounge on the teak furniture on the large thyme-filled granite patio.
The home is designed with entertaining in mind and is a fitting location for an elegant dinner party in the main dining room or an informal gathering around the granite island in the expansive kitchen. (see Further Description below...)

Aquinnah is one of the Island's most prestigious locations, a slightly more remote incarnation of neighboring Chilmark. It has long been the choice of summer residents who cherish the breathtaking majesty of the Vineyard's natural environment. Aquinnah is renowned for its clay cliffs and miles of unspoiled beaches. Only minutes from the property is Philbin Beach which was recently voted one of the world's top 10 beaches by the Travel Channel. This home is in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings, while at the same time sophisticated and extremely comfortable.

Memorial day weekend. We knew the company would be a mesh of wonderful
humorous good friends but we underestimated the power of our
environment. Not only were there ample living quarters, but there were
several different areas to gather for large group sessions of laughter and
sharing new and old memories.Awesome is only one of the words I'd use to
describe this wonderful home, wrapped like a Birthday or Holiday present.
