We apologize for the late notice but we will not be renting for the 2012 season.
Enjoy the lovely pristine beaches of the south shore. Easy beach access and convenient parking from this lovely, well furnished, light and airy guest house. This guest house has a master bedroom wing and two spacious sleeping lofts. The main floor has an open kitchen/living room/dining room layout. The dining area opens to a large south-facing deck. Brick fireplace for those cool fall evenings. Beautiful lawn & landscaping, cedar outdoor shower, patio furniture and BBQ grill. Free Poland Spring water service. This is a terrific vacation house situated in a wooded setting for a family of 4 or 5. One mile from the Gay Head cliffs and lighthouse, a half mile to Philbin Beach and a five minute walk to view breathtaking sunsets on the beach.

This is a wonderful property and it worked out great for our family of 3 (7-
year old son). It was very clean and in immaculate condition and was in a very
secluded location off the main road, which itself is sparsely traveled. The
open floor plan provides a lot of room in the kitchen/dining/family room.
The master bedroom with full bath also has a walk-in closet. The family room
has an iPod stereo and the master bedroom has iPod clock/radio. Just a short
drive to the beach with a town parking-permit. The owners live in the main
house and provided immediate help when needed; they are wonderful. It was
nice to have them on-site rather than going through a rental agent."
