Our lovely secluded home is located on the island of Chappaquiddick, and only one mile from the ferry which runs from Edgartown. The house is situated on Caleb's pond, a salt pond, which opens out into Edgartown harbor. The living room, dining room, porch and master bedroom all have views of the pond. There is access to a sandy beach and ocean water less than a 10 minute walk from the house.

Note - prices are given for one week rental - a reduced price is available: for more than one week, also for off-season rental, as well as for rental of our main house and guest house (property #6826) at the same time.
Also note - A set of sheets and pillow cases will be available for the king size bed. Towels of all types, and sheets & pillow cases for the twin beds are to be provided by the tenant. Another option is to rent them from Takemmy Linen Rental (www.takemmylinenrental.com).
We are coming to the end of seventeenth stay on Chappy, our third stay not on Hotel Avenue, and our first visit to this magnificent house. It has been a fine place to introduce friends to a special island, to reacquaint another visitor with Chappy, and to appreciate the great blue herons, the sunsets, the waxing and waning moon, the stars, and the planets. It is strong medicine.
