Many believe this is literally the most beautiful setting on the Vineyard. Abundant bird life including wild swan, marsh hawk and osprey. Sweeping views to pond and ocean. The house, designed by a distinguished architect, is modeled on a simple Vineyard style “fishing village.'' Rental includes access to private, stunning, Hancock Beach. Sail, row, or paddle one or more of the 4 boats (supplied) directly from our land or drive to the beach. Prefer to rent for three weeks or more at a time.
