Located on a private paved road 1/2 mile to downtown and 2 miles to either a family beach or a beach with waves. Quiet area. Distant water view from the 3rd floor. 3rd floor is a huge bedroom with king sized bed and comfy couches for relaxing with lots of windows. Lovely house which is bright and open. Family room, dining room and kitchen all open. 3,000 sq. ft. approx. This is not a typical rental house, but a lovely home. We rent from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3pm and check out time is 10 a.m.
