On the first floor beyond the tile entry are three large bedrooms (2 with queen beds, one with twins), a full bathroom (double sinks)and a laundry room. Perfect for several couples or a family to nestle in with comforts and privacy.
The second floor consists of a living room with fireplace, dining room with a large bay window, and a deck the length of the house, with one half screened. French doors lead from the living room into the den, which has a queen-size sleeper where you will find many games, movies and books. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, lovely over sized maple wood cabinets, and a Keurig coffee maker.
For your baby needs, we have a Pack and Play, high chair, booster seats for use at the table and plastic bowls,plates, cups, and utensils, and a full sized crib. I also have a wood port-a-crib, a Jumperoo, an Exer-saucer, a single Baby Jogger, a double Instep Safari stroller, a Baby Trend Sit and Stand, and a MacLaren single stroller. These last items are not kept here, but can be brought for you to use, avoiding the need for a rental company, or bringing from home. You will need to let me know before arrival.
Oak Bluffs is a terrific town with great restaurants, beaches, the famous Flying Horses Carousel and 2 movie theaters.Martha's Vineyard has an island wide public bus system with a bus stop just outside Meadow View Farms. The Steamship Authority ferries, the Island Queen, the Hy-Line boat from Hyannis, and Fast Ferries from Rhode Island and New York have ports in Oak Bluffs, a short 5-10 minute ride away,making it easy to pick up guests. The airport is 10 minutes away as well.
Eat a delicious breakfast at Linda Jeans. An apple fritter at Martha's Vineyard Gourmet Bakery is a must have for any island visitor. Have lunch at Slice of Life with yummy salads, quiche and pasta. Nancy's, overlooking the harbor is great for lunch or dinner featuring seafood,burgers and Middle Eastern food. We also like sushi or seafood and burgers at Lookout Tavern near the SSA.

My family and friends have stayed at this home for the last four years and we all fall in love with the home more and more each year. The most recent update of central air in the home was a giant bonus for this years comfort. Every amenity and need that you could think of for an enjoyable vacation is supplied with in the home. We all love staying at this house and look forward to it every year. We look forward to the many years of memories to come as our families continue to vacation at this beautiful home.
