There is an outdoor shower as well.
Across the lawn is a charming cottage with one bedroom and a bath, along with a small porch. Then above the garage (which has a washer/dryer) is a modern apartment with a cathedral ceiling, a study nook, and nice views over the trees. A large driveway offers plenty of room for cars and the property is surrounded by park land on two sides. East Chop Drive with a beautiful walk along the bluff is three minutes away, and the public beach adjacent to the East Chop Beach Club is a safe and easy five minute walk from the house. All the amenities of Oak Bluffs including supermarket, restaurants, ice cream, fudge, carousel and ferry are a fifteen minute walk from the house.
