We have a roomy, comfortable, 4 bedroom home, less than a 2 minute walk to beautiful Lagoon Beach! Right on the bike path, this relaxing retreat is also perfect for biking anywhere on the Island. Tranquility awaits you at this wonderful house! A large Air conditioning unit cools the first floor and each bedroom has its own AC unit. Beautiful large family room with cathedral ceiling and 75'' TV added in 2023.

With four full bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites, and 3 full bathrooms, you can enjoy the New England summer with plenty of room to spare. First floor includes: open kitchen with island, dining room that seats 8, living room with 2 sofas and a 55'' TV, new large family room with 75'' TV with plenty of seating and a queen bedroom. The first floor bedroom with TV is attached to the full bath. The second floor has the master bedroom with an en-suite full bath and TV, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as a large hall bath with washer and dryer. The amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need.
The best part is that there are 4 wonderful outdoor spaces which include: a rooftop deck with seating and lounge chairs, a 32 ft. screened in deck with dining table for 10 and L-shaped seating, the side yard has a patio and seating and in the front of the house is a farmer's porch with rocking chairs. Enjoy being outside all the time!

For your convenience we have 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, grass mats, beach toys and games and different size coolers for you to bring to the beach.

The home is located literally steps from Lagoon Beach, which is visible from the front yard and road, and the bike path is less than one block away, with direct routes to Oak Bluffs downtown, as well as Vineyard Haven.
