Being able to look out over the Bay was wonderful. The accomodation was quite comfortable. I would definitely visit with same stay again in the near future.

I had an amazing time at this location, the location was very convenient..;.. across the street from the beach and a short walk to town. I loved this house, it was warmth and inviting which I felt as soon as I arrived.
The rental was immaculate with original artwork and it provided enough space for guests to have privacy if so desired.

We rented this spectacular home in June, 2011 as the setting for our wedding reception and could not have been more thrilled. Not only did Villa Rosa serve as home away from home for 20 of our wedding guest, the wrap around porch was the perfect place for our wedding rehearsal and wedding dinners. In my view, the description in the listing did not do the property justice.

The beauty of this immaculately maintained home is evident from the moment you step in front door. The perfect blend of old and new, the owner has done a magnificent job of beautifully preserving much of the original wood, furniture, fixtures and sconces in the living room, dinning room and bedrooms. Simultaneously, all of the bathrooms have been updated and the gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream with all of the state of the art accoutrement.

Chock full of nooks and crannies, the floor plan of the home lends itself very nicely to large groups. The amount and organization of the living space allowed all of our guests to feel that they had privacy when they wanted it and to join the fray otherwise. We deliberately did not fill the house to capacity in efforts to insure that our guests didn't feel packed. In hindsight, we could have gone to the maximum with ease.

The kitchen was the perfect gathering place for early morning breakfasts and late night snacks. Our guests read, rocked in rockers and watched the world go by from the third floor porch and the wrap around porch. The teens in our group enjoyed the third floor living area with it's leather couches, big screen TV and pool table.

The care taker, who lives just next door, was available to us at all times and accommodated each and every one of our MANY requests; those made in advance and those with very short notice.

I would highly recommend this fabulous property to anyone, for any occasion.
