Brand new Cape style house in a private wooded location. Bright open floor plan includes living, dining and kitchen areas. Enjoy sitting on the rockers on our front porch or dining on the huge deck. First floor includes master bedroom with queen size Tempurpedic bed and en suite bath, kitchen, dining and living rooms, half bath and laundry. Upstairs are three large bedrooms. The largest bedroom sleeps 4 with 1 full size bed, 1 twin and 1 twin trundle. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen sized bed, and the third has a set of bunk beds. Another full bath is located upstairs. Minutes from a private beach on Lake Tashmoo where you can paddle in our kayaks. Walk to town and close to bike path. Walk, bike or drive to Lake Tashmoo town beach. Ping Pong and Foosball tables, 50 inch HD TV, stereo. Perfect for two families to share.
