This charming 4-bedroom home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet wooded neighborhood just outside of town in West Chop. The house is located within a 1.5 mile radius of Mink Meadows Golf Course, Tashmoo Town Beach and the West Chop Light House and is only .5 mile to Owen Little Beach. The West Chop Woods with its well- maintained walking trails is just across the street and is a wonderful place for morning or afternoon hikes. Or take your bikes for a ride into town or to the wonderrful bike trails located near by. The trip into town for all the restaurants and shops on Main Street is just a .75 mile walk and public transportation with access to all the other island towns and beaches is a mere five-minute walk. The house has parking for more than two vehicles and plenty of space for enjoying the outdoors.

The house was customed designed and offers an open floor plan on the ground floor, perfect for interacting with friends and family. Down a short hall are three bedrooms, one with twin beds, and a full bath with washer and dryer. Off the dining room in the rear of the house is a spacious deck with a gas grill. Upstairs, the generous private master bedroom suite overlooks the living room and has a wood burning fireplace and a private sunporch. The house is fully air conditioned, but also has windows situated to capture the breezes and quiet ceiling fans in every room. The house has wireless internet for your convenience, HD 40'' flatscreen in the living room, HDTV in the master bedroom and cable TV in each of the other 3 bedrooms.
