One mile to Long Point Beach and Pond, easily accessible by car, bike or foot. The first floor has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a cooking island with Benihana style seating breakfast counter, and a formal dinning room. The bright, sunny, well furnished living room has a wood burning fireplace, high speed internet connection, cable T.V., radio/C.D. player, DVD, and glass sliding doors leading to a wrap around deck. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, its own bathroom with jacuzzi, and closeted laundry room. The back bedroom with 2 twin beds has a garden view, deck, and its own bathroom. This spacious design completes the first floor.

A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor T.V/sitting room with CD/radio player, DVD, Cable TV, and two pullout single chair beds, a large queen size bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom with shower & tub.
Woodlings has a wrap-around deck with windowed bays, each with its own wood furniture. A brick BBQ with a unique Marshmallow Roaster and brick patio are at the end of the deck. The private 20X40 foot inground swimming pool with fence for your privacy has its own pool furniture.
Woodlings is 5 miles from scenic Edgartown and 10 miles to picturesque Menemsha Fishing Village. Tennis courts are nearby at the airport. Passes to ALL ''Trustees of Reservation'' facilities, including Chappaquiddick, are included in the rental as well as Felix Neck membership rights. Woodlings is a great summer retreat, and a great place to stay during the Blue Fish Derbys. Come enjoy!
