Only a ten-minute walk (0.4 miles) to the north shore beaches and 2 1/2 miles to the Madaket beach and harbor, the home offers beautiful walks over conservation land, community tennis courts, and ''turtling'' at the nearby, children-friendly Long Pond. The house is in the Fisher's Landing community, a friendly mix of year round and summer residents, adjacent to the large Loring Nature preserve. Bike riding opportunities abound --- on the nearby bike paths, and for those just learning, on the community streets with very few cars and speed limits of 12 mph. The NRTA shuttle bus, to town and beyond, is a few steps away.
