My husband and I had to pleasure of staying a week in this amazing house last summer and we cannot wait to go back again this year. The pictures on this site simply do not do this house justice. It is beautifully kept and decorated perfectly. Very spacious floor place and super convenient location. The backyard is an oasis after a long day of bike riding and beach time, peaceful and serene. This house is phenomenal and perfect for any family vacation. The owners are fantastic and terrific to deal with regarding the rental property. We recently sold our home on Nantucket and decided to return as renters for the first time in 10 years. As such this house had a lot to live up to and had big shoes to fill as we did not think we would ever enjoy a vacation as much as we had in our own home... However, this house exceeded our expectations. The home was the perfect back drop for our Nantucket getaway. Conveniently located and better equipped than our own home, this house has it all! The floor plan on the first floor is open making it perfectly situated for family gatherings, and the back yard is as charming as any we've seen on the island.

Best of all, the owner was extremely attentive to all of our questions leading up to our stay and while we did not need it, they have a property manager on call should anything go astray. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning again! show more show less

This was our first visit to the island and we could not be more impressed!! This house is fantastic, from the cleanliness, the tastefully elegant decor and the wonderful location. We fell in love with this house and hope to one day have one just like it in the island. The house is spacious and yet extremely cozy, we felt right at home. I would recommend this rental to all of our family and friends. We cannot wait to visit again soon and couldn't imagine staying in another house.

We have rented several times on the island, and this was our favorite location so far! It is central to everything - close to town, close to the beach etc….also, ideal neighborhood for kids. The neighborhood has a pool and tennis courts for use, which gives an alternative to the beach. The house itself is perfectly lovely. The decor is charming, clean and up to date. I am incredibly picky about cleanliness, and it was spotless. I would rent it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone!

"This house was perfect for the two families and a babysitter that we vacationed with this summer. It was a beautifully furnished house, and very spacious. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and the third floor was a wonderful space for the kids to sleep and hang out in. We enjoyed the outdoor speakers and the grill on the cozy patio. The amentities that Naushop provides are top notch, including the lovely pool, playground and tennis courts. We definately intend to return!"
