The upside down floor plan in the main house includes 5 bedrooms with 3 and 1/2 baths, and there is a bonus sleeping loft with 300 additional square feet. Enjoy central air conditioning and a gas fireplace. The cathedral ceilings in the kitchen and living area are 18 feet high. There are hardwood floors throughout the home, stainless steel appliances and a front loading washer and dryer. The rear of the home has a brick patio with a table, chairs and a gas grill. Additional separate space in attached one bedroom one bath townhouse with full kitchen and stack laundry unit. Great area to put the household help, teenagers, parents or unruly house guests. Will give a discount to monthly rentals.
