On the second floor five additional bedrooms all appointed with charming decorative pieces. Fabulous water views from second floor! Outdoor deck for dining and barbecue. Also, outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Beautiful flower boxes adorn the windows around the house. Watch glorious sunsets from Adirondack chairs on the large front porch.
Flat screen TV, wireless internet and Ipod docking station.

The property is steps from Sconset Village and Sconset Beach! Private tennis courts are available for visitor fees, there are several restaurants within walking distance from the house. Jitney bus stop is walking distance from the house and is available for transportation around the island. There is a market in the heart of town, also, walking distance from the house. The market has gourmet groceries as well as freshly brewed coffee and baked goods in the morning. Try the delicious ice cream after a stroll or bike ride. Bicycle rental is available and bicycles can be delivered directly to the house.

    Great Vacation in Sconset

    This is a beautiful home in a great location! Walk to the beach, corner store, lighthouse or take the Jitney into town.
    Each room is theme decorated and lovely... very comfy beds, linens and pillows.
    Great, fully stocked kitchen with everything you'd need for great indoor meals or outdoor BBQs
    Hosts were extremely responsive with any questions.
    The house has everything you'd need for a wonderful stay including beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.
    We had a wonderful vacation in this lovely house,.. Cant wait tom come back next Summer to the Summer Place

    We have owned this property for ten years and have had many repeat visitors. The house is very well maintained we have a care taker on call 24/7 throughout the year. We continually upgrade furnishing and amenities.
    The house is decorated to be comfortable and user friendly as well as well coordinated and lovely.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is very charming and stands out on the block with beautiful flower boxes back and front. It has views to the ocean on the upper floor and is a very quick walk down to the beach. Guests can walk to three well known and highly rated restaurants as well as the well known Sconset Market where they have access to groceries along with fresh veggies and delicious homemade ice cream.

    What is special about your town?
    Sconset has the famous walk to the lighthouse .
    Trucks with flowers and farm grown veggies come to the center of town each day and these are available for purchase.
    There is a casino where movies are shown and sometimes a show or guest speaker.
    There is a jitney bus that goes frequently into Town day and night.
    It is a beautiful scenic part of the island where artists and photographers often are seen capturing this beauty.
