The first floor features an open living room, kitchen and dining area with custom wainscoting. Lots of windows allow plenty of sunshine and water views. Kitchen includes new cabinetry, granite countertops, lighting and island. Two decks and an outdoor shower are easily accessible from the kitchen area. Full-sized washer and dryer are located in the utility closet adjacent to the kitchen. Living room provides plenty of seating, flat screen TV, and DVD/stereo. Down the hallway are located 2 bedrooms. One bedroom contains a queen sized bed and private bathroom. This bedroom provides southerly facing views of the ocean. The other first floor bedroom contains 2 twin beds. A full guest bathroom is also located along this hallway.
On the second floor is a spacious master bedroom with a queen sized bed. Sweeping southerly ocean views, large sitting area and new hardwood floors make this a very comfortable space.
All bedrooms and living area are newly decorated in traditional Nantucket beach style. Rental fee includes cleaning service.
Please note: This property can be rented in conjunction with 44R Nonantum (''TURF'') to provide a private family compound with 7 total bedrooms which sleep 12. ''TURF'' ID on Weneedavacation.com is 14851.
